Assistant Manager - Sales (Distribution)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales (Distribution) will support sales and business development activities across the GCC region and Egypt. You will help manage client relationships, execute sales strategies, and boost brand visibility and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales and business development plans to meet regional targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new retail locations or partners aligned with brand positioning.
• Coordinate with clients and retail partners to ensure optimal product availability and brand representation.
• Track stock levels and assist with replenishment orders across assigned territories.
• Ensure merchandising and promotional activities meet brand standards.
• Assist in visual merchandising campaigns and secure store visibility.
• Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) for seamless execution.
• Participate in retail staff training and share product knowledge.
• Travel across GCC and Egypt as needed for store visits and partner meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–5 years of sales, distribution or business development experience, preferably in eyewear, beauty, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or similar sectors.
• Prior exposure to UAE/GCC markets.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferable.
• Strong communication, coordination and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of merchandising and retail dynamics.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently across GCC and Egypt.
