Assistant Outlet Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid is looking for a dynamic Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in daily operations. The role focuses on delivering high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving team efficiency in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day outlet operations, maintaining brand standards and optimal guest experience.
• Supervise, motivate and train outlet staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Control inventory by ordering, receiving and monitoring stock to minimize waste and manage costs.
• Support financial targets through expense monitoring, upselling and revenue‑generation initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for service coordination, events and promotions.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance, staff issues and guest feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
