Assistant Outlet Manager – Noor Lounge (French Speaking)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for its Noor Lounge. The role supports the Outlet Manager in daily operations, administration and financial management, ensuring the lounge delivers legendary service and luxury experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in all operational, administrative and financial aspects of the lounge.
• Take charge of the outlet in the manager’s absence, maintaining standards, cleanliness and service quality.
• Oversee shift scheduling, POS set‑ups and menu accuracy, and monitor monthly P&L performance.
• Coordinate with the Chef de Cuisine, engineering and housekeeping teams to ensure an immaculate environment.
• Drive guest satisfaction, handle VIP requirements and resolve complaints promptly.

Required profile

• High school qualification; degree or HND in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high‑end independent restaurant.
• International experience in at least two regions (Asia, Europe, North America, preferably Middle East) and pre‑opening experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and training abilities.
• Fluent English; French language skills preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant POS and cashiering procedures.
• Knowledge of HACCP and fine‑dining service standards.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office.
