About the role
Lead the Italian kitchen operation at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, delivering world‑class guest experiences while managing the kitchen as an independent profit centre.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce initiatives that empower staff and drive performance.
- Identify and cultivate high‑potential talent to build future leaders within the kitchen.
- Maintain brand‑consistent guest experiences through signature touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends and adjust processes to improve efficiency and meet budgetary goals.
Required profile
- Previous experience as Chef de Cuisine – Italian in a luxury hotel of good standards.
Required skills
- Expertise in Italian cuisine.
- Kitchen operations and management.
