About the role
Join Tawa Chicken, a bustling South Asian restaurant in Bur Dubai, as the first point of contact for guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage seating, and ensure smooth front‑of‑house operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every guest with energy and a genuine smile.
- Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and waiting lists via phone, online, and in person.
- Seat guests efficiently and balance sections across the floor team.
- Keep guests informed about wait times and attend to them while they wait.
- Answer calls, handle enquiries, bookings and takeaway orders.
- Coordinate closely with servers, runners and managers to ensure tables turn smoothly.
- Handle special requests, celebrations and large group bookings.
- Address guest concerns calmly and forward them to a manager when needed.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming entrance and host stand.
Required profile
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience.
- Hindi/Urdu speaking preferred.
- Must be already residing in Dubai and available to start within a week (own visa is an advantage).
