Assistant Relationship Manager (Outsource)

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager supports Relationship Managers in delivering satisfactory service and achieving revenue targets within the banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Attend after‑sales services, educate business banking clients on products such as IVR, online banking, call centre and cash‑management services.
• Prepare high‑standard call reports, credit applications and analyse financial statements for approval.
• Ensure credit applications, renewals and collateral documentation comply with bank policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Liaise with internal departments (credit‑risk, legal, operations, trade finance) to ensure smooth transaction turnaround.
• Verify pledged inventory, mortgage assets and maintain high‑standard customer service with no complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within banking or financial services.
• Strong product knowledge, communication and computer skills.
• Customer‑service orientation, cross‑selling ability and problem‑solving skills.
