About the role
The Assistant Relationship Manager will drive sales and revenue for POS and merchant acquiring products, ensuring excellent client onboarding and compliance with bank policies.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on new-to-bank acquisition and cross‑selling.
- Provide thorough client analysis and onboarding, adhering to KYC and compliance standards.
- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure high audit ratings through strict process adherence.
- Identify market needs, conduct research, and develop value propositions to grow the portfolio.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and collaborate with stakeholders to support quality client acquisition.
Required profile
- University degree with 3–5 years of banking or financial industry experience.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities, with a focus on customer insight and market research.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
- Willingness to participate in learning, development, and training programmes.
