Associate Director - Analyst (Attraction Performance & Pricing)

About the role

The Associate Director - Analyst will lead performance analysis and pricing strategy for a diversified investment group's leisure and entertainment attractions in Dubai, supporting business planning and operational optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse attraction performance metrics such as revenue, throughput, utilisation and identify top‑ and under‑performing rides.
• Evaluate pricing against demand, recommend adjustments and promotional strategies, and conduct elasticity analysis.
• Monitor queue lengths, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with operations to improve guest flow and capacity utilisation.
• Assess partner attraction kiosk performance, reviewing revenue per location, conversion rates and transaction values.
• Support budgeting and business planning, consolidating financial assumptions and delivering high‑quality FP&A deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance (MBA preferred) or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant managerial experience in business analysis and planning, preferably within media, leisure or entertainment organisations.
