About the role

The Transaction Banking Graduate Programme offers a 12‑month, full‑time experience where graduates work on real‑world projects across cash management, trade finance, digital channels and more. You will rotate through different teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to client onboarding, product delivery and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client onboarding and implementation of transaction banking solutions.
• Support cash management, trade finance and digital channel initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop and deliver innovative banking products.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student graduating by July 2026.
• Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UAE.
• Strong academic record, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Team player with extracurricular achievements and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
