Associate Marketplace Consultant (E‑commerce)

About the role

Amazon’s Third‑Party Marketplace team in Dubai is looking for an Associate Marketplace Consultant to support the growth of small and medium‑sized sellers. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to help sellers launch and expand their product range on Amazon and Souq platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads, evaluate prospects via phone and email, and guide sellers through the onboarding process.
• Provide sellers with analytical insights, trend analysis, and pricing recommendations to drive portfolio growth.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of performance issues and relay the Voice of the Seller to product and process teams.
• Educate sellers on Amazon’s delivery standards and customer‑experience expectations.
• Track, report, and interpret business‑development metrics, producing action plans for your seller portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align programs that accelerate seller growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability demonstrated through professional experience or education.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a proven record of meeting stretch goals in fast‑paced environments.
