Associate Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Associate Visual Merchandiser supports the implementation of visual merchandising standards within a retail store, ensuring that every display, point‑of‑sale material and product presentation follows the Homes R Us guidelines. This role contributes directly to an engaging shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, floor plans and POS standards exactly as directed by senior staff.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and commercially effective displays across all departments to reinforce brand consistency.
• Support seasonal campaigns, promotional events and new collection launches by preparing and updating visual elements.
• Ensure accurate placement of signage, pricing tags and all point‑of‑sale materials.
• Assist with product rotations, stock refreshes and regular updates of visual displays.
• Work alongside the Senior Visual Merchandiser during installations and store walkthroughs to guarantee compliance.
• Identify visual issues on the shop floor and report them promptly for correction.
