About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on providing friendly front‑desk support in an auto‑repair environment, handling customer inquiries, selling tires, and coordinating with technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the front desk in a professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing tires.
• Communicate customer needs and vehicle issues clearly to technicians.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in an automotive shop or tire sales environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day, 8 AM‑5 PM schedule with no weekend shifts.
