Automotive Sales Executive – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join a fast‑growing automotive dealership in Dubai as an Automotive Sales Executive. You will represent the new OMODA and JAECOO brands, delivering a premium showroom experience to customers while leveraging your Arabic language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by presenting and selling vehicles, accessories and related services.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and customer consultation to test drives, negotiation, booking and vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and high‑quality showroom experience.
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, competitors and market trends, especially for Chinese automotive brands.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and CRM activities, ensuring timely follow‑up on all assigned leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience in the UAE, preferably with Chinese automotive brands.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the UAE automotive market and customer buying behaviour.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners will be highly prioritised.
