AV Presales Engineer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AV Presales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining audio‑visual, CCTV and IT solutions for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive needs assessments and translate client requirements into tailored AV, CCTV and IT solutions.
• Select and integrate appropriate audio‑visual equipment, control systems and related components.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop detailed, persuasive proposals.
• Communicate technical details and value propositions to clients and conduct product demonstrations.
• Prepare precise technical documentation, including system diagrams, specifications and proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an AV Presales Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of leading audio‑visual brands and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
