B2B Sales Manager – Business Setup

About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales function within the UAE business setup and company formation market. The role will focus on acquiring corporate clients, SMEs, and institutional partners while building a high‑performing sales pipeline through channel partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting corporate clients, SMEs, and institutional partners for business setup services.
• Identify, recruit, and manage a network of channel partners such as consultants, agencies, and referral networks.
• Discover new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to broaden market reach and increase revenue.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures with B2B clients.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in UAE corporate services, business setup, or free‑zone environments.
• Strong understanding of UAE licensing, visa processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets in a B2B role.
• Established network of channel partners, corporate clients, or business consultants in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and performance tracking.
