Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers and introduce personal finance products.
• Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Guide customers through eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
• Generate leads via calls, referrals, networking, and field activities.
• Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven mindset motivated by incentives.
• Confident, persuasive, customer‑first approach.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tagalog) are a plus.
• Open to candidates on family or spouse sponsorship.
