Retail Sales Representative - Watches

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative at Al Futtaim Watches in Mirdiff City Center, Dubai, is a customer-focused position centred on generating sales and delivering a positive shopping experience. The role covers greeting customers, giving product information, keeping the store clean and well presented, and supporting store operations. Success is measured by meeting sales goals, following company policies and showing teamwork and flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: greet customers warmly, give accurate product information, assist in fitting rooms, thank customers and invite them back.
• Store operations: help the Store Manager with opening, closing and management cover, run the store in their absence, ensure pricing and ticketing compliance, train new staff on POS and handle POS issues.
• Housekeeping: keep the store and cash wrap area clean, follow the dress code, and take part in inventories and store meetings.
• Sales and merchandise: meet or exceed weekly sales targets, promote the brand, offer gift cards, capture customer data and try to upsell.

Required profile

• High school degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and ability to lift some heavy items.
• Friendly demeanor and good verbal communication.

• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) operations.
• Strong organisational skills.
