Banking Specialist – Emiratized Role

About the role

The Specialist – Emiratized Role supports the Area Manager and Relationship Managers in growing the bank's portfolio across Dubai. The position focuses on service delivery, customer support, and compliance activities within the banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor NPS and achieve benchmark scores.
• Support KYC projects, ensuring onboarding cases meet TAT/SLA requirements.
• Handle inbound customer calls, resolve complaints, and respond to AML alerts within defined timelines.
• Coordinate issuance of liability letters, high‑value cash withdrawals, foreign currency drafts, and special cheque clearing.
• Review new account applications, verify identification documents, perform data entry, and generate performance reports.
• Assist teams in opening new accounts, audit original documents, and maintain regulatory and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of banking operations, KYC and AML processes.
• Ability to work with multiple internal departments and external customers.
• Attention to detail and capability to meet service level agreements.
• Effective communication skills for handling inquiries and coordinating documentation.
