Bar Manager – French Concept

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead the French‑concept bar at Jumeirah Al Qasr, a luxury resort in Dubai. Reporting to the Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and HACCP requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to design innovative beverage menus, seasonal offerings and promotional initiatives.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control and cost‑control processes to optimise profitability and minimise waste.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, hygiene and guest satisfaction across all bar outlets.
• Drive revenue through performance analysis, business initiatives and effective resolution of guest feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in luxury hospitality beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail development, inventory management and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team‑development abilities.
