About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our Sheraton team in Dubai. As a Guest Service Expert you will create memorable experiences by delivering high-quality coffee, beverages and friendly service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
- Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Handle guest transactions and respond to inquiries with a courteous attitude.
- Perform physical duties such as lifting, carrying and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
