About the role

Join the vibrant team at 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai as a Barista, delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts, including varied hours and weekends, and complete all training sessions.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to hotel recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate, maintain, and safely clean coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, workstations, and back‑of‑house storage.
• Monitor and replenish supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and soft drinks, reporting shortages or issues.
• Follow food safety, health, and hotel SOPs, and support side duties and team members as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar food‑and‑beverage role.
• Good communication and customer service skills with a strong command of English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Required skills

• Coffee preparation techniques.
• Operation of coffee machines and grinders.
• Beverage service and presentation.
