About the role
Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and create memorable experiences for guests as a Bartender in the All Day Dining venue. You will be the face of the bar, delivering friendly service and expertly crafted drinks throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactive service.
- Prepare, mix, garnish and serve beverages according to recipe standards.
- Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing supplies, glassware and perishables.
- Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Monitor product quality, manage inventory and ensure freshness of beverage items.
- Address guest concerns, including handling intoxicated guests safely.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
