About the role
The Concierge Agent will deliver personalized concierge services to guests at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, ensuring memorable experiences through entertainment, dining, and logistical support.
Key responsibilities
- Make bookings for concierge services such as entertainment and dining as requested by guests.
- Advise guests on local attractions, business locations, sights, and events.
- Record all bookings and activities in the Alice portal.
- Welcome guests, direct them to reception, and assist with luggage when required.
- Maintain knowledge of regular guests, hotel facilities, services, and management team.
- Answer guest questions, resolve problems, and ensure timely delivery of messages and faxes.
- Promote the hotel and stay informed about daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel brand.
