About the role
The W Lounge is seeking a full‑time bartender to craft drinks and provide exceptional service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drink orders according to recipes, measuring accurately and creating fresh garnishes.
- Open, serve and manage wine, champagne and other beverage bottles.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, glassware and related equipment.
- Stock ice, glassware, paper supplies and transport items to the bar set‑up area.
- Process all payment methods, count the bank at shift end and complete cashier reports.
- Secure liquor, beer, wine storage areas and perform closing duties.
- Follow company safety, security and uniform policies while delivering courteous guest service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending experience.
