Base Oil Trader (Sales Executive)

About the role

The Base Oil Trader – Sales Executive will be based in Hamriyah, Sharjah and will manage the full cycle of base oil trading activities. This full‑time, on‑site position requires close collaboration with finance, logistics and operations to deliver profitable trades while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market movements and price trends for base oil products in the UAE and export markets.
• Source products, negotiate contracts with suppliers and buyers, and execute trades within company strategy and risk limits.
• Manage deal execution from inquiry through delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipment and payment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, finance and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities and prepare regular performance and market analysis reports.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of trading and commodity markets, specifically base oil in the UAE.
• Proven sales ability to develop new business, negotiate deals and protect margins.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English and either Hindi or Malayalam.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Indian nationality – Keralite preferred.
