About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at W Hotels. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service from setting tables to clearing them, ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, manage menu presentation, and communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking on varied surfaces, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work safely, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
