Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (Arabic/English) – Dubai

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join its Dubai team. You will interact with customers of leading brands across sectors such as luxury retail, finance, fashion, and healthcare, delivering high‑quality support through phone, email, chat, or social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Arabic and English, assessing needs and providing accurate solutions.
• Resolve routine product or service issues while adhering to client‑specific guidelines.
• Document interactions and follow‑up actions in the designated CRM system.
• Utilise provided software tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive brand image by delivering courteous and efficient service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
