About the role
We are hiring fluent English‑speaking Customer Service Executives for an international voice process based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Assist customers and resolve queries professionally
- Maintain clear communication and proper follow‑ups
Required profile
- Good English communication (mandatory)
- Customer service/call center experience preferred (freshers can apply)
- Willing to work night shift from the office
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, weekly off Saturday & Sunday
