About the role
The BIM Modeller will be responsible for delivering 3D and BIM models for a variety of projects using industry‑leading software. The role supports project planning, clash resolution, and the production of accurate 2D documentation from BIM models.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Civil 3D, Revit, Naviswork, 3ds Max, Sketchup, and related tools.
- Create and manage BIM families, components, and templates.
- Align models for 4D/5D planning and incorporate design changes as directed.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.
- Generate high‑quality 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models, verifying compliance with project standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Architecture, Structural) or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of BIM modelling experience in similar industries.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
