Branch In-charge – Suzuki Workshop

About the role

The Branch In-charge will lead the Suzuki workshop in Sharjah, ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting customer expectations, and driving sales and service targets. This role combines operational management with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial and non‑financial targets such as labour sales, repair order numbers and service campaign goals.
• Control operating costs, optimise bay utilisation and manage petty cash and monthly bill settlements.
• Motivate and develop the workshop team, conduct performance assessments and recommend training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.
• Implement work instructions, resolve customer complaints promptly and guarantee repairs follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment, supervise work‑in‑progress and conduct regular SOP audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an automotive workshop or service centre.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting sales and cost‑control targets.
• Leadership skills to inspire a diverse team and maintain high morale.
• Excellent organisational abilities to plan rosters, handle paperwork and submit timely reports.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
