Brand Consultant & Business Development Manager

About the role

RG Group is launching a Brand Consultation division to help retail brands expand across the UAE. The Business Development Executive will drive revenue by acquiring new clients, presenting our advisory and leasing services, and closing mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach retail brands, F&B businesses, and SMEs seeking to launch or grow in the UAE.
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and digital outreach.
• Attend industry events such as Gulfood, Beautyworld and Cityscape to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the CRM system.
• Present RG Group’s brand consultation and leasing services, prepare tailored proposals and negotiate retainers and advisory fees.
• Close signed mandates and hand over clients to the delivery team for onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Retail Leasing Coordinator to match client needs with available retail spaces.
• Provide market feedback on client needs, objections and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales, business development or account management experience, preferably in real estate, retail, hospitality or advisory services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network or familiarity with the UAE retail, F&B or franchise community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven, hunter environment.
