Brand Manager

About the role

NMK Electronics, a Midwich Group company, is seeking a Brand Manager to lead vendor relationships and drive sales performance in the AV industry across the Middle East. Reporting to the business unit manager, you will act as the primary contact for vendors and develop joint success plans.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor sales teams, aligning their objectives with NMK’s sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM/ERP systems and collaborate with marketing to create a client reference portfolio.
• Plan monthly stock orders based on forecasts, track inventory, and manage aging stock.
• Negotiate pricing, secure projects, and ensure price protection where needed.
• Prepare quarterly business plans outlining sales targets, key accounts, and strategic initiatives.
• Support onboarding of new sales partners across the Middle East and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Participate in sales initiatives such as client visits, trade exhibitions, product demonstrations, and seminars.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Diploma or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven business development experience in the AV industry.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in English.
• Valid local driving licence.
