About the role
Join Abercrombie & Fitch/Hollister as a Brand Representative in Abu Dhabi, working an 18‑hour week. You will bring the store experience to life, engaging customers with care and representing the brand authentically.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, anticipate needs and offer styling guidance.
- Support product replenishment, maintain a clean, organized and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging and sizing merchandise.
- Accurately process purchases, returns and exchanges at the cash wrap, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Handle online order fulfilment, including Save the Sale, in‑store pick‑up and ship‑from‑store packaging.
Required profile
- Emirati national.
- Enjoys connecting with customers and delivering excellent service.
- Ability to maintain store presentation standards.
