About the role
Join Abercrombie & Fitch as a Brand Representative in Dubai, working 18 hours per week to deliver an authentic store experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers, offering product support and styling guidance.
- Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor.
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
Required profile
- Emirati national.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- Fluency in English.

- Adaptability / Flexibility.
- Attention to detail.
- Multi‑tasking.
- Strong work ethic.
