About the role
The Brand Representative engages customers with outstanding service, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This role requires an outgoing, stylish individual who can communicate genuinely and prioritize the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards.
- Enforce asset protection, shrink policies, and procedures.
- Participate in training and development activities.
