British Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market (UAE Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven British Real Estate Agent (Secondary Market) with UAE experience to join Tanami Properties. You will connect clients with upcoming projects, guide investors and end‑users through off‑plan purchases, and maximise sales opportunities in Dubai’s fast‑growing property market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready properties directly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end‑users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
• Self‑motivated brokers seeking growth, mentorship and structured development.
• Demonstrated ability to self‑generate business.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven.
• Languages: Mandatory English; preferred Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Geniemap.
• Familiarity with Property Monitor.
• Knowledge of Property Finder.
• Experience with Bayut.
• Use of Dubizzle platform.
