Broker Relations Manager – Real Estate Agency Channel

About the role

GRID is a fast‑growing real estate development company seeking a Broker Relations Manager to lead and expand its network of brokerage partners. You will be the primary liaison between the company and external real‑estate agencies, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for our residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with real‑estate brokerage agencies and external sales partners.
• Identify, onboard and activate new brokerage firms to grow the agency network.
• Conduct regular training sessions and product presentations for agency partners.
• Track agency performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all project‑related information, support and communications.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance and CRM teams to equip agencies.
• Organise promotional campaigns, broker events, site tours and launch activities.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Head of Business Development.
• Analyse market trends and agency feedback to refine go‑to‑market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and ethical sales practices, including timely commission payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in real‑estate brokerage relationship management or agency channel management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with local and international brokerages.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to monitor performance metrics and generate reports.
