Business Analyst – Procurement & ERP

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to support AI‑driven solutions in procurement and ERP environments. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and ensure delivery aligns with customer objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to capture business objectives, challenges and translate them into functional requirements, workflows and specifications.
• Analyse operational and client data, generate insights, and create reports, dashboards or visualisations using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality and client satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between client‑facing and technical teams, facilitating workshops, meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong experience with procurement and/or ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate business concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
