Business Analyst – Real Estate Financial Modeling

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the Manager for Business Development by delivering financial insights across various real‑estate markets. The role combines feasibility studies, market research and data‑driven analysis to guide investment decisions and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models for real‑estate projects, including pro forma statements, cash‑flow forecasts and sensitivity analyses.
• Perform feasibility studies and investment analysis for acquisitions, developments and joint ventures.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather data for due‑diligence, site visits and financial audits.
• Collect and analyse comparable property data, market trends and economic factors influencing pricing.
• Prepare business plans, investment proposals and presentation materials for senior management.
• Support cross‑functional teams (development, asset management, legal, finance) to align project goals.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in business development, real‑estate development or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or a related discipline.
• Advanced qualification such as CA, CFA, CPA or a Master’s in Administration/Finance.
