Business Center Admin – Sales (UAE Business Setup)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Center Admin – Sales professional to support clients with company formation, licensing, and visa services while actively promoting our business centre solutions. This full‑time position is based in Business Bay, Dubai and offers the chance to work closely with government authorities and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with company formation, trade licence applications, renewals and amendments.
• Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations and related documentation.
• Promote and sell business centre services to prospective and existing clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide consultations on business setup options and generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with government departments and maintain accurate client records and reports.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative operations and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE business centre, corporate services provider or business‑setup consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, trade licences and visa processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and meet sales targets.
