Business Center Manager – Multilingual (Arabic/French/German)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Center Manager who will drive the sales of serviced offices, private offices, coworking memberships, virtual offices and meeting‑room solutions across the UAE. The role is fully sales‑focused and requires a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and close leasing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and corporate meetings.
• Sell serviced offices, private offices, coworking memberships, virtual offices and meeting‑room solutions.
• Conduct office tours and convert prospects into clients.
• Build relationships with startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs and corporate clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing deals.
• Achieve monthly sales, occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Develop referral partnerships with business‑setup consultants, brokers and channel partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE business development or sales experience within a business centre, serviced office, coworking or flexible‑workspace company.
• Proven track record of selling office space and meeting revenue and occupancy targets.
• Strong lead‑generation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the UAE market.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and German is required.
• Must be focused on business development/sales, not administration or operations.
