Business Consultant – Company Formation & Licensing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our team in Dubai. You will play a key role in driving sales and guiding clients through the company formation and licensing process across Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities while providing expert consultation on license applications.
• Educate clients on regulatory amendments, eligible activities, and new rules governing business setups.
• Maintain deep product and market knowledge to advise clients accurately.
• Build and manage lead channels, strategic partnerships, and professional networks.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in company formation or business setup consultancy.
• Strong understanding of Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore company regulations in the UAE.
• Proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE company formation and licensing processes.
