Business Consultant – Recruitment (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant (or Senior Business Consultant) to join Irving Knight’s Dubai office. In this 360° recruitment role you will manage the full end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to closing placements, while also developing new client relationships within niche industry verticals such as alternative food products, lab equipment, diagnostics or cyber security.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place high‑level candidates with companies worldwide.
• Generate new business by acquiring clients and building long‑term relationships.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare market maps and salary benchmarks to support strategic hiring decisions.
