Business Consultant – UAE Business Setup & Company Formation

About the role

AMPSY CONSULTANCY LLC is looking for a motivated Business Consultant to advise entrepreneurs, investors and companies on establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. You will guide clients through the entire setup process, from initial inquiry to licence issuance and visa processing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, website leads, walk‑ins and referrals.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate company formation options, legal structures, licensing and visa solutions.
• Prepare and present competitive business setup proposals and quotations.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and monitor pipeline performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, free‑zone authorities, channel partners and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on UAE business regulations, free‑zone packages and mainland licensing procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in UAE business setup, company formation or corporate services.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and client‑handling abilities.
• Target‑oriented with a proven record of generating and closing business.
• Ability to manage leads independently and follow up consistently.
