Business Consultant – UAE Company Setup Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to act as a Business Setup Advisor for entrepreneurs and investors looking to establish companies in the UAE. You will guide clients through the selection of the most appropriate business structure and manage the entire company formation journey, ensuring a seamless experience from the first consultation to license issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
• Analyse client needs and recommend suitable business structures and licensing solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end incorporation processes, coordinating with internal PRO and operations teams.
• Liaise with Free Zones, DED, immigration authorities, and other government entities.
• Advise clients on visas, amendments, renewals, and related business services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful business setups.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in business setup, company formation, or corporate services.
• Good understanding of Dubai Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore formation processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a sales‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
