About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Business Development Analyst to drive B2B sales channel performance across a portfolio of markets. The role works closely with local sales leadership, revenue management and commercial teams to maximize quality revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and implement analytical techniques to evaluate sales strategies, incentive programs and corporate agreements.
  • Maintain logs of sales actions and measure impact on market share and revenue.
  • Drive robust sales planning in line with global guidelines and ensure quality of CRM and sales tools.
  • Identify revenue opportunities through data analysis and monitor market competition.
  • Contribute to action plans for assigned markets and share market intelligence between local markets and HQ.

Required profile

  • University degree in a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong team player with cultural awareness.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
