About the role

Join Sortitt’s dynamic team as a Business Development Associate, focusing on the property and real‑estate sector in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth by identifying lucrative opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property and real‑estate market to expand the portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute innovative business development and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, operations) to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Analyze market trends, property valuations, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and investment pitches.
• Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization at property expos, networking events, and industry forums.
• Support negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within real‑estate or property‑related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales or leasing targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of property markets, investment strategies, and client lifecycle management.
• Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
