Business Development Consultant – Sales Associate

About the role

GrowthX Business Advisors is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to join its sales team in Dubai. You will guide entrepreneurs through company formation and related services while driving new revenue for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Respond to inbound leads, convert enquiries into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate business‑setup solutions.
• Conduct sales meetings through phone, video and in‑person consultations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update client interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Represent the company at networking events and exhibitions as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or business‑setup consultancy (UAE experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
