Business Development Director – Business Setup & Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Director to lead our Business Setup and Corporate Services division in the UAE. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing high‑value accounts, and building strategic partnerships across Mainland, Free Zones, ADGM and DIFC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for business setup, corporate structuring, tax, VAT, accounting and compliance services.
• Lead, mentor and manage a high‑performing business development and sales team.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, pipeline health and forecasting.
• Conduct regular client consultations, prepare proposals, presentations and sales scripts.
• Maintain CRM and lead‑management processes, ensuring accurate reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business setup, corporate services or related B2B sales.
• 3‑5 years in a senior sales or business development leadership role.
• Strong network and deep knowledge of the UAE market, including Mainland, Free Zones, ADGM and DIFC.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Experience closing high‑value B2B and B2C deals.

Required skills

• UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation knowledge.
• ADGM and DIFC structuring expertise.
• Understanding of UAE corporate tax and VAT.
• Accounting, bookkeeping and corporate compliance fundamentals.
