Business Development Executive – Dubai

About the role

Talking Teach AI is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its presence across Dubai and the wider UAE education market. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities with schools, colleges and training institutes, and converting leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities across educational institutions.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, cold calling, email, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with school leaders, academic teams and senior decision‑makers.
• Present and demonstrate Talking Teach AI solutions, understand client needs and propose appropriate offerings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Travel within Dubai and the UAE for client meetings and business development activities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, onboarding and client support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS or education services.
• Strong English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision‑makers and build long‑term client relationships.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE.
